Welcome to your first Lesson Of Weather Bending. Today you will be learning exactly what Weather Bending Is. You cannot start bending without any clue of what Weather Bending Is.
As Weather Bending Is Derived from Air, we can understand that you need to be able to AIR BEND. Therefor like I said on the actual Sub Element Rath Site, If you are not on the 10TH Lesson of any Element (Water, Air, Earth, Fire) Please go back to 4elementrath.
Weather Bending may sound like something made up. However it isn't. Air bending is when you can control the air around, weather bending is completely different. With weather bending you can create tornadoes and CHANGE THE WEATHER. It is a hard and dangerous element.
However if you put your head to it you can do ANYTHING!
